DEAD BEAT DAD Chris Simpson SR Aka C & C Automotive Group, Inc. Aka Chris' Auto & Mobile A/C Repair - Playing the System with Lies and Chapter 13 with new wife helping. Rip-off!

My X is such a loving sperm donor. To date he owes just over 8,000 in back support. Every time I take him to court for contempt he files Chapter 13. Then he will won't follow the guidelines of the Bankruptcy which is dismissed after a year which makes him eligible to re-file. He is self employed so having a pay garnished is out of the question.

He changes the name of his business and has been putting assets in family names and his new wife name. She is as much scum as he is helping him with all of this. Christy Banks, Tudor, and now Simpson his new wife has two kids of her own and does nothing to support them but DOES receive her support from their Dad. But my daughters sperm donor is a joke. He is so self absorbed and married someone just like himself.

Both are pathological liars and really deserve each other. I was granted $175.00 a week support on his income that I showed from his W-9's in court. He closed his business and went to work for Diesel Equipment then once his support was lowered to $60.00 per week he quit and went back to work for himself full time again.

Now he has put our son's name that is now living with him as owner of the business and listing himself as an employee and has his income listed to $850.00 per month which is a lies as usual and re-filed Bankruptcy again to avoid jail time for contempt charges I have filed against him yet again. And has purchased a new home with this wife.

He took our daughter's bed from her and gave it to her daughter. The last time our daughter visited him he made her sleep on the floor. She wasn't even allowed to sleep in her bed because of his new step-daughter get to sleep in the bed. WHAT A LOVING SPERM DONOR HE IS NOW! And yes I called their home about it. I was not happy when my daughter come home upset about it. That was even the first time she had went over there in over a month because he has stood her up saying he didn't get her messages from his new wife when our daughter called him. Now with the way Christy, his new wife, treats our daughter because Christy is so jealous of a 12 yrs old child? She doesn't want to visit her JOKE of a dad anymore.

He has been convicted of aggravated assault against me for ramming my vehicle while I was driving down the road after court in March when I had taken him to court for contempt. Part of his probation requirements is that he pays his support and when I contact his probation officer they are UN willing to follow up and either talk to him about it or even put him in jail for it. Even though it is in writing that he will go to jail if he does not follow the guidelines of his probation? The courts are UNBELIEVABLE!

He and his wife have went around telling people he caught me in our home with a man which the truth is that he was one caught at our home with LaDonna Fitzgerald and then I caught him messing with one of his friends girl friend Beth Akins both lived in the same neighborhood that we lived in. At least I can say he did keep it local. This is not even the time with Linda another lady I worked with before and the passes he made to my high school friend Paula - Who was the only true friend I had that come and told me about it.

And then now he is still going around telling every one I am trying to take him for everything he has. Well asking 6,000.00 from the business which was grossing 170,000.00 a yr and from the home we had purchased together is not very much. The courts told him he had to pay off my car which at the time was just over 6,000.00 and then $60.00 a week in child support for our daughter. Which he said he would let the Bank have it all before he give me a penny and he did. What a upstanding person he is!

Considering he didn't even have a car when we met and I had bought him one so I wasn't stranded at home while he was out in my car. And I also bought him his first REAL Tools to start working as a mechanic and then I was also the one who got him his first job at a Dealership in Anderson to get him to experience and schooling he needed. I did the scheduling, bookkeeping, accounts payable, receivable, marketing, etc.

He thinks I am not entitled to any monies from the business and that he should have to pay the support for his daughter. I barely make 20,000.00 a yr. Too much for Gov. Assistance but too little to provide for my daughter reasonably. When are the courts going to enforce these greta laws they have in placed for these dead beats!!!
