I applied for a loan before 7-5-11. We agreed on below 5 percent interest, When i was going to sign the paper it was changed to 6.75 interest, I said i will look for a lower rate. I paid for the appriarer 480.00 dollars. They checked my credit three times.
I asked another company but they wouldn'. T let me cause my credit went down, cause of them checking my credit score.
I applied to well fargo again, they lowered the interest rate but took long getting the paper work done. We had to get another appraiser to come out and to it again, the appraiser went down on the price of my home when 6 months ago it was higher.
I got a letter at the last minute telling me no loan cause of the appraiseral of the house, i have been waiting months, the first time was 7 months the second time was 5 months. I don't think i was treated right. I need that loan so i can paid both mortages into one.
I need this loan and they took there sweet time.
