Well u all know what they do. The story is the same for all of us. But this Is what I tried to email them... My name is megan raley. I have recently been robbed and scammed along with hundreds of other poor volunerable scam ignorant people you have already taken advantage of and STOLEN bank information from and bullied into even staying on the phone with your f class sales reps. I believe u need to come up with a 5500 online OR in stores. If u cannot do that then refund my 99.00 that your company did NOT refund because you did origionally did charge me two 99.00 payments, I recieved 99 dollars back but both charges were over drafted from my account, not only putting me 198
over drafted but also the two seperate 30.00 overdraft fees for each seperate charge. I hope you have no problems sleeping at night doing what u do to people. You dont know what anyone has happening in theyre lives... For instance (This is truely what is happening in my life) My husband went to prison dec. 6th 2011 a cpl wks later ur company takes every dime I have and then some. ON christmas someone broke into the house I moved into only 2 weeks earlier and robbed me blind for over 500 dollars in property. 2 days later I am staying in a different town far awayfrom the house and that night mycar was broken into and strIpped of everything.inthe midat of all the commotionof my life I forgot about your company and have only just now had a seconed to stop and pay any attention to this matter. O and I moved again in less than a month and bought a new car with my income taxes so I could sell my previous car to a single mom whos house burnt down for 100 dollars and new car was broke into from the rear window and over 1000 in speakers I worked very hard to get for myself at only an 8 dollar an hour job while I put myself thru school. I am christian. I pray and your company and everyone who works there are still blessed in the midst of all your selfishness, greed and careless decisions. God bless everyone.
