I ordered trial samples and was billed for shipment, which is what I signed for; but then on the 29th & 31st of January I was billed for another order of these products, but have not received the products and I do not want these, I am not sure how to go about how to revert these charges and prevent any other charges appearing on my credit card account or even how to go about to cancel this.
