Speedway 6303
Horrible Management

In Norton Shores, the gasoline station Speedway #6303 has caused me many problems. The management there is poor and unfair. The manager who runs the store, Mary Kramer, is a completely unreasonable and horrible woman. She did not help me with any of the problems at hand i had while at the store, and dismissed me to leave the store even after i told her that my problem wasn't fixed. And Speedway doesn't have an official complaint department which makes her unaccountable for her actions. Many people I know are disgusted by how the employees text on their phones while they ring up customers, and their lack of customer appreciation. What kind of store is being run here? I am not going to go to that gas station again until something is done about how Mary Kramer does business and treats the people who buy from the store. I will make it a point to tell everyone i know to do the same.
