Returned a leased car to this dealership on Rt. 17 in Ramsey, NJ... They said I could not return the car to them (which is not true). They charged me $831.00 in wear and tear damages which should have been assessed by the financial company, not the dealership. They were arrogant, obnoxious, and refused to issue me a credit when I disputed this fact to them. According to the financial co...
