I bought the program for $9.95 and as soon as I enter the site they told me that in order to continue I needed to pay another $97.00 so they can send me all the tools for my success. The true is, not even Einstein could descipher all that mess. A few days later I tried another online business for the same price $9.95, but to my surprise it was the same one with another name. I cancelled the first one and they told me the $9.95 were unrefundable (JAN/062) but the remaining $97.00 will be credit back to my card by JAN/18 For the second one (JAN/04) I paid the $9.95, since the first time they told me that amount was not refundable I didn't do anything; but to my surprise they charge me $65.99 without my authorization. So today (FEB/10) I call to the number on the botton and spoke with a nice lady named Sonia and she told me that all my money will be credited back to my card in 7-10 business days. I hope is true. Thanks for the help
