Pro Lash Mineral Science

Miscellaneous

This company is guilty of fraud of product and "sending of a sample" and charging credit cards without permission. Do not do business with this company. Wish I would have read the the rip off reprots before getting sucked in on a sample of one of their beauty products for $1.00 which has turned out to be costing me close to $120.00 even though I cancelled them ever sending me another product within the allotted time period.

When you call in to cancel you are put on an automatic cancellation line where information is taken and responded to by a recording, and they respond by saying you have cancelled. No place do they tell you that if you don't send the "sample" back then you will be charged in full for the product. They advertise that they are sending you a sample for $1.00 but you pay $6.99 for shipping and hand handling.

The product made my eyes swell and water so I cancelled within three days on their automatic phone system. Then I get the bill for $119.32. Be smart and don't do business with this company or any company that promises to send a sample for $1.00 as they are involved in more than just a lash enhancer.
