I will admit to signing up for the trial products. I never recieved these. I called and cancelled the product in December, low and behold, they have no evidence of this. We have been away, and have come home to $600 worth of credit card charges since 7th December! I have been on the phone for 45 mins with absolutely no satisfaction at all. They are telling me I gave the wrong address (I have lived at the same address for 20years) and thats why I havent recieved the product. Would it not have been returned to them if this was the case? I am so angry I am shaking! I have had to cancel my credit card to ensure no further charges. They want to send me out replacement products. Help!!!
