I have a pending charge on my bank account from this company in California. I called the bank in hopes that they could stop it from posting. They aren't able to do anything until it posts. Then, I was told to call back and talk to a dispute officer. I was asked if I purchased anything online with my checkcard, which I have not after it was lifted by someone at iTunes a year and a half ago. I've always since used a credit card - not a debit card. So how my info was stolen and used, I have no idea.
