Dominion called Promising $5000 credit limit CC I got Grocery coupons and applications for credit card for additional fee

The Dominion Finacial Company called me up and offered me a $5000.00 Credit card guarenteed. All I had to do was give them 279. For a processing fee. All I got in the mail was And aplication for a credit card for another fee and some grocery coupons. I don't know how to go about getting my money back. Obviously i should have did a check on this company before giving them mopney, but that is to late now.
