I bought a YD model Health Master a 08/10 and have used it less than a dozen times. I wasn't impressed with it so shelved it. I took it out yesterday and although I had all the locks locked, I turn it on and it quits within seconds. It's useless. I tried to call the customer service and they couldn't find me 'in the system' and were of no help. They refuse to give out the number of the manufacturer. I can't believe that Montel is still attaching his name to this worthless product.
