This hotwater coffee urn advertised 60 cup capacity. When I took it home and used it, I realized it was only about a 30 cup capacity. When I spoke to the company, they told me a cup is actually 5.2 ounces, and that all companies advertise that way. No way! They promised to refund the price of the urn, but then they reneged. Oh byy the way, in the inside of the box, in small words, on the instruction manual, it does have littel asterik that says that a cup is only 5. Something ounces. But on the outside there is no such - even small print.
