Is a Deadbeat Dad! Rip-off!

Ricky Kirby has avoided his obligations toward his son for his son's entire life. Our son is 3 years old now. He was born 4 months premature and had significant medical needs early in his life. A child support order was granted nearly a year ago and Mr. Kirby, a veteran of the armed forces, has never voluntarily paid one penny to support his son.

The VA holds out an amount that is about 1/4 of the amount ordered by the court. But Mr. Kirby is now over $10,000 in arrears. I struggle every day to provide a good life for my son while Mr. Kirby shirks his responsibility and obligation to his own child. I'm not sure that posting this type of thing on a website can really do any good but maybe someone who knows Mr. Kirby will read this and think twice about the type of person he is.

If you are a parent, your children should be your top priority. Children are the future, they are precious gifts and should be treated as such.
