We paid shipping charges on a product we thought was a free trial but found later our credit card was charged for $97

We were told we had won a free trial of skin products and would have to pay $4.95 shipping charges. After 10 days our credit card was charged an additional $97 for this free trial. Calling the company got no satisfaction. Called my Mastercard and could not get a refund from them. They say I have to pay. When talking to the company I was subjected to a loud noise which I think was instrumented by them in hopes I would hang up.instead they put me on hold for several minutes while they got on another phone. This is a bad company and should be shut down. There are lots of complaints against this company but nobody seems to be able to stop them.
