On November 19 I signed a contract with the above company to handle my loan modification with Bank of America. Since that time, every week I kept receiving the same email. I was told my loan was in active process.
I spoke with Mr. Garte directly saying I felt like I was getting the run around. He asured me that was not true. I even went down to make sure that his address was real.
Everything seemed on the up and up, Bank of America was not calling or sending letters requesting money. I just woke up today and thought I had not heard from them since the beginning of December. I tried to call the phone number but got a strange answering machine message. I tried to fax him only to hear that line had been disconnected.
