We first noticed a charge on my bank statement from Doctors Live for 29.95. The next day we gotten mail from Doctors Live with account numbers on cards they had sent. So it is a legit business but how did they get my card number? I went to their site www.calldoctorlive.com and got no answers. I called customer service 1-877-537-6293 and greeted promptly was told they deal with alot of merchants and had no idea how my account was created. They did tell me my money will be refunded within 5-7 business days so we will see if that happens. Dont try to google their name because nothing really comes up about them so they must be a new company i am guessing.
