When i purchased my honda in january 11, i was told by the salesperson and sales manager that i would get free oil changes as long as i owned the car. After i purchased the car, i saw that i had been charged $400 for this service. When i reported it to the general manager of honda, he denied that i was ever told this. I have been getting my oil changed there for exactly one year, even though they only allow 3 changes a year. Each time i brought my car in my gauge told me i had only 50% oil life left. The last time i brought my car in there was a sticker on the windshield telling me that i was not allowed to change my oil again until there was only 15% oil left. They know most consumers will not allow the oil in their cars to get this polluted, so i will never be able to get my oil changed again at honda cars of katy. These people are crooks and have a very bad reputation. Beware! Do not ever purchase a car from them.
