I paid for a copy of my w-2 from 2007 because my employer no longer had access to it and the IRS paperwork can take months. I needed to correct a simple error fast but couldn't find my original w-2. I used this company to provide a service which also claims that it only takes 15 minutes! It took until 8:30pm when I ordered it at 9:03am. The time wasn't that critical but when the copy of the w-2 arrived it wasn't complete. The entire row across the bottom was blank. All state and local tax information was missing. Which happened to be the information that I needed! A W-2 in which a person receives is to my knowledge supposed to be true and complete just as the day it was sent from my employer. The only information that was provided, I was already entitled for free of charge from the IRS via my telephone. Stop this site from promoting that it offers w-2s! It only offers federal tax information, NOT a W-2. Thank you!!!
