With the first advent of bad weather the boiuler repeatedly broke down and stopped working. When we called for assistance the best the British Gas/centrica could do was to offer repairs within 2 days. My wife has a serious back complaint affected by the cold. We are both pensioners. Its disgraceful that a virtually new product should breakdown almostn immediately.
