Inc. Rip-off! Broke a contract and took the money and won't answer phone calls

The company Unicompro was supposed to furnish all products, materials and labor to install the purchase products in a time span of around 6-8 weeks when given the key of the store. The key was given to them in mid november and till this date they have not done any thing to build the store, the company was paid in full on sept 10
