Got a message that my Norton AntiVirus was out of date and that i had viruses that needed to be cleaned out. I was not able to do anything on my lap-top until i finally loaded the product. It looked just like the actual Norton site that i have used in the past. I even checked that it was "verisign secured/trusted".
Shortly after loading the "product", it says you need to re-boot for it to take effect. After rebooting, i have not been able to connect to internet (i am doing this from my desk top) and microsoft is missing/not working. That's all that i have noticed so far, but i'm sure there is more that i am not aware of.
When i got my credit card bill in the mail, i noticed a strange name, "videocaverpro.com/minsk" and didnt know what it was. I tried going on the website and the site doesnt work. There is no way to get in touch with this company to reconcile the issue.
