Rented an appartment never missed a payment. We actually rented from the maples of crestwood but about two weeks before our lease was up it was taken over by new managment. The Lodge on 84th. We have a letter of recomendation from the manager that was there before the new managment. Now the new managment has turned us in to collections stating that we broke our lease and left before our lease was through, not true. It also stats that we stayed a month past our lease which is also not true. We have the paper work to prove that it is all a scam. How is it possible to leave early and stay past our lease and then get fined for both?
