Ordered what i thought was a free sample, had a job to stop it on my pc should have realised then! Ordered two products the site tried to continue with another load of products so i pulled the plug,
since then i have had four payments taken out visa said it was in their terms and conditions and they could not stop payments, all products sent back unopened, with a claim letter, i am not holding my breath, for me, i told the bank i would contact banking ombusman, we all must be able to stop money being taken from our accounts regardless of what has been agreed with others.
