In jan this year i was waiting for deliveries of goods won online at their auctions. I received emails saying their supplier could not supply the items. They refunded my bids and money but since 2 feb i cannot even access their site. I still have bids worth money in there and i cannot even get my money back as access even through the internet is not available. My security has been upgraded and i have even had my internet access checked by my provider and there is no problem there. What has happened. My emails to them are accepted but i never receive a reply even though they say they will reply within 15 minutes. 24hours later there still has beeen no replies
