Mr "Fred Benjamin" & Mr. "Ernest Gates" phoned and said I had won a cash prize and a car. They requested a $125 Green Dot Card for "fees". The next day, they called and said the IRS was requiring another $125 plus a $250 "tax fees". The delivery was scheduled and re-scheduled. No one ever showed up, even after his pleading promises. He was calling from 702-479-0435, probably a pay-by-the-minute phone. I wish he, and a female accomplish, could get caught and put UNDER the jail. I am a handicapped senior citizen and should have known better.
