When I received the promotional product, I was to pay only the shipping of 7.95. When it arrived the package contained menoxidil.
I called and told them I would not use this on my hair as you would have to use it forever. The lady I spoke to said she would credit me $40 on my next shipments. When I returned from a vacation in December, I expected to have the other shipment waiting for me. When it wasn't there I called the company. A man named "Chris" answered. He told me that I had cancelled any further shipments. When I tried to explain that all I had cancelled only the menoxidil, he argued with me that i had indeed cancelled all future shipments. I tried several times to explain but he continued to argue. Since I couldn't get him to listen, I finally hung up. My credit card had been charged two $59 charges for the next two shipments. I wrote to the president of the company but havae not heard back from him. I have been scammed out of $118 from this company. I feel I should be reimbursed this money or at the very least receive the two shipments that I paid for but never received. Don't deal with this company. You will be scammed like i was!!!
