We bought them an Apple I-Phone. They assured us that it was an original product. When we received it, it was not an original one, and it was not the model we paid for. Amy, our contact, she told us that the transport company made the change, and that they were going to claim them for the money. She was always saying that we were going to have a solution the following week. After a couple of weeks, she stopped answering e-mails.
