Signed up for 'free trial' and like so many others here, they took £79.99 from my account today. My bank have said that they can no longer take money after today as I have informed them of my cancellation, and they will reimburse shoud this happen again, but after phoning the company direct, it does not look like this payment will ever be seen again. I feel so angry and such a fool, I thought I was savvy about this kind of thing, obviously not. If anyone knows how to make them cave and give refunds, please do let me know.
