Bad service/Bad product - Gas logs

I order a set of logs on the 23 of november. When they came the logs were broken and the gas unit was poorly made.
The flow button on the unit was hard to press down since it was metal on metal instead of having gears. When i called the company (Kara). I was told they would have to get me a RA for the return even thought the logs were damaged in shipping. Then i had to pay for shipping the damaged product back to them. I'am still waiting on my refund they said could take up to 2 weeks. It did not take that long to get my money I do not under stand why it takes so long to give my money back.
