I was double charged on bid pack and then bid on auctions only to have a very long waiting period for the items I did win. I won a phone which never arrived and after three emails from me to them, them telling me it had been reshipped twice... They contacted me and told me it was a vendor problem and they were no longer going to use the vendor and would refund the money I spent on the item and credit my account with bids in the amount of the retail value of the item I won. They did credit the bids - of course I didn't win anything with those credited and they never refunded my purchase price to my account. These folks are BAD NEWS. Stay away
