I ordered 2 free samples-anti rides serum and Revita la peau from Internet, paying the postage of £2.95 and £2.97 on21st Dec. They arrived with no paperwork other than 'enjoy your purchase.' Then 2 sums of 74.95 and 79.99 were taken from my credit card without my authorisation. No further products arrived. I contacted my credit card company to stop that card and get a new one, and register it as a dispute but they have replied to say I should have returned the creams within 14 days. With no address, and no knowledge that money would be taken, how could i have done this? I am so cross with myself, but are the credit card company still dealing with these criminals?
