I went to withdraw money from my account on 16.01.2012. Only to find that £50 had gone. My bank confirmed that a company called the money finder.com had taken it and whilst i was talking to an adviser i had a txt from them confirming it. When they phoned them we were told that it was power loans.com that had taken it and they said i applied for aoloan from them on 16.12 20011. Which was completely untrue. The bank would not give me the money back as they think it was my fault and i am absolutely sure i have not asked for this. I was given a premium rate phone number to ring and i have spent a small fortune in phone credit trying to ring them with no luck. They left me with a grand totall of £15 pounds to live off for two weeks as i am on benefits and bank charges that i can ill afford.
