When my 88-year old mother received her T-Mobile bill in January, it had doubled in price. When I looked at it, I saw the two text messages from Silicon Investments. My mother does not text - in fact she only uses the phone for emergencies if she is away from home. The phone had not even been turned on in several weeks. T-Mobile wouldn't even consider giving her a credit - said we had to deal with the initiator.
