We bought this company a mobile telephone. At the beginning, communication was very fluent, and we received quick answers from Mr. David. When we made the payment, he told us that they were preparing the parcel. Then he told us that they could only send the parcel after Christmas. At the begining of January he sent to us a DHL tracking number. When we found that it was a false number, then he told us that there was a problem in customs, and that we had to pay 60% more for taxes. When we refused paying the taxes, the communication stopped.
