Dave Claubeaux Refused to refund $27, transferred to them, to create a website for me, after i waited for 2wks, no website

After subscribing to their internet marketing business, making the required transfer of $27, to their account for the first step of creating a website from which i was to operate, i waited for 2weeks, before i started emailing them, they had one patrick call me on my mobile for to verify my details, and since then they did not create the website. I then went to their money back guarantee page, and file a demand for my money to be refunded., they have been tossing me around since then,

When i threatened to report to the US embassy in nigeria, they responded that it was another company that made the deduction. I the forwaded my bank statement where it shows that the money was transfered to them. Just this morning, i read a mail, from ben saying that the email i have been using to contact them did not show that i bought into their programme, i then forwaded all my other email addresses to them, but he did not mention the bank statement which prooves that they have my money.

I think this people should be stopped, if they cannot even honour their own words
