Purchased inital package just before Christmas after seeing TV demo on one of the AM news shows. I made 2 online purchases that were never delivered, then I received notification of shipping problem and was reimbursed on my bids (not cash or credit on my account like the purchase). Now I am locked out of the 'deal bid' system and cannot get back in. I am completely dissatisfied with the whole process, and I think none of the purchases are awarded for one reason or another, and all they do is 'replace lost, defective or damaged products' with more bids, its a never ending circle until you loose all your bids.
