Do not try this product!
I ordered vitaderm & aqualift, they shipped on 29 Dec and I received them on 7 Jan and called to cancel. If you read the fine print it tells you that in order to have the option to cancel without being charged you must cancel within 14 days. So you really do not get a two week free trial.

To add, my credit card was charged $79.99 on 1 Feb 12 almost a month after I had cancelled the order. My request was within the timeline, I received confirmaton numbers and all. So I was suprised to see the charge and I called the toll free number (877-498-1950) and was told that they did not have record of my cancellation. I provided them with the numbers and he stated that they were not in the systems. I was furious!

The free trial is a trick and it is difficult to get out of. They are not honoring their own policy. Unless you plan to keep the product and pay $79.99 for the rest of your life do not participate in this offer.

Now they said call back in a couple of days and they will provide the refund. Well I am not waiting and will report them to my cc company and request the charge be reversed.
