Taken £67.50 out of my account, they have sent my partner an e-mail in her name with an incorrect address. Rang them and they said an advisor would call me back. This didnt happen so rang them and asked for supervisor and they said they do not have one!!! Natwest are retreiving the amount as an unauthorised transaction tomorrow and advise it wil take less than 24hours. They state they save the IP address you signed up with although i have been on their website through a link on the e-mail and this is the first time i have ever been on it so if they have my IP address it is through this.
