I bought a magic-jack from radio shack. It didnt work so i took it back and they refunded me my money backbut negelected to clear off my personal info, from it. Now tonight i started getting calls from this man-lucien diame wanting my e-mail address and pass word because he said he coud not use the phone with all my info. On it -such as my phone #, address, name, etc. He sounds like a scammer to me -asking all kinds of questions. I dont feel safe now. He could get my credit card #s bank account# etc radio shack should have clearedout all of my information be for selling it again. Also there is no way you can talk to a live person from magic jack. You dan go on the internet but your quedtions arent answeredproply so you know its not a live person at the otherend. Please try and stop radio shack from selling used equipment with personal info.
