American publishers called me and said i won some type of reward they told me all i had to do is pay for shipping and handleing i told them okay so they switched me to another department where i talked to some lady she talking about magizines she said i would recieving free magizines all ihave to do is pay shipping and handleing then she start talking how long it would take she ask me for my card number i gave it like a idiot.instead of them taking the shipping and handleing they took 90 some odd dollars out of my account and on top of that i never recieved any rewards there sending me books saying i owe them money owe they say i cant cancel the subscription i cant afford it please help me thank you.
