I ordered the free trial and paid for the shipping at $4.95. I had to call to cancel all the offers that they tried to give me. A couple of weeks go by and they decided to withdraw $69.96 from my account that I didn't authorize. I finally found a phone number to call them back and they told me that they would give me my money back if I sent the product back. The only product that I received was the free trial samples. They basically called me ignorant and didn't want to give me a refund.
