I recieved a email from Adrienne of customer service that my ticket won and I was to make a copy of the email ticket information. Which I did Ticket #444555-4523-1K. I also wrote down the info on the page because it would only print half the page. Ticket #799363 Barcode#00255-89R I then went to the next page and made a copy of the computer and filled in my information, which took me to the page where I was to fill out my address and so forth, it said that it was to be mailed by Fedex. Upon completion, the computer decided to go off onto a IPad. I called customer Service (which they have removed from there page now) and I got the run around. All I am asking is for my computer laptop XPS that I won. Can you help me please.
