This is the third time I have had unauthorized charges. The first two times, my account was reimbursed, but this last time has been HELL. I have called over a dozen times, sometimes speaking to a rep, sometimes getting a voice mail, sometimes a call center. I am furious. My account was supposed to have been reimbursed in mid January, but nothing yet.
