Harassement, lying, threatening me

Family readers calls me multiple times per day. If I say to the girl that I pay for my magazines independantly, she hangs up on me and then calls back later like nothing happened and aks me the same questions.
I desided to listen to her so that maybe she would put a supervisor on the phone, and she did. I told the supervisor that i paid for each of my magazines separately and she told me that publishers don't send out their own magazines, they all go through her company. She said that I have been charged on my VISA bill for the last 3 months since i signed up. I told her that I write a check each month for my magazines and she said that was impossible because they don't accept paper payment. It makes me laugh when people don't even know what they are talking about and they try to be forceful with incorrect information.
I told her that I didn't have any charges from her company on my VISA and she told me that if I didn't then they would start on the 5th of next month. I asked her what number did she have for my VISA and she said that she didn't have that information, It was the visa That I signed up with, she said it started with a 4.
I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said that there was nobody above her in billing. I said that she didn't own the company and there must be someone that I can speak with. She said that I can't talk to anyone and they have me on recording as a contract and everyone in the company will tell me the same thing. I asked her to play the recording, she said she didn't have it.
I said, " so you can't verify my VISA number and you can't play the recording to prove to me anything." She said that she could get it out to me in the morning. I told her to do that. She said "fine, I will" and I hung up on her.
I'm going to call my bank and warn them of possible fraudulent charges, just in case they get my VISA number.
