Had email that had won ipod nano only 1.50 for postage and 7 days free trial of course accepted but recieved no emails asking for id or anything how it presented was if after 7 days was under no obligation couldnt even use site for 7day period then took 89.90 out of account, when chatted with there team kept being told you agreed to terms and conditions but there are none, said would refund 50.00d as i had cancelled my membership they would be keeping 42.00d i said never signed up was free offer and never recieved ipod nano after reading many different stories nowthey just change there variation to whoever talking to at the time they say membership cancelled yet what membership when try getting on there site still comes up withlook at what you get just put in email address etc you cannot chat online unless member no refund yet which i doubt ill see tld them they scammers blah blah blah and just disconnected me have lodge complain with bank as have heard once they got card details they keep on taking unfair when these emails are sent to children as well and parents prob go. Ok under no obligation
