This seems like an obvious SCAM, do not fall victim like I did...
I placed an order back in November, after my son wanted 10 Baseball caps as an xmas present, the site seem to be legit to me, so I agreed. I placed the order and paid with a credit card. The first sign that this site and business seems to me as being fake and maybe a scam, is that I did NOT receive an official confirmation number or receipt via email like a normal business corp would send with all of THE CORRECT CORP INFORMATION, WITH THE OBVIOUS COMMUNICATION INFO ALWAYS INCLUDED IN A TRANSACTION. LIKE PHONE NUMBER FROM THE MERCHANT, EMAIL ADRESSE, EMPLOYEE NUMBER OR NAME... inSTEAD I RECEIVE THIS EXACT REPLY AS A PURCHASE RECEIPT...' Dear xxxxx@hotmail.com,

It is now Jan 31 Never received the merchandise...

Please note that both phone numbers (either in this email or on the csreason site) state that it is customer service 24 - 7... And both phone numbers DO NOT Answer the phone ringing..

I have since 10 days been writing back and forth with csreason for request on where is my order and I am being horsed around with. And given short and retarded uneducated replies to my request

That is right I paid for the order on the 21-11 and the supposed business are going to ship it today with-in 24 hours!!!

Now I will copy and paste an email, that I wrote directly to the assumed business corp I ordered from, via their on site contact info given on the page ' About US '...

Here is what I got from the official site as a reply to my simple request on where was my order or package? And this is I received ' Hello
I am sorry but I don't think your order form match with ours.

Our price for hat is $9.77 and the shipping is $18. When order is less than 3 hats, another $5 would be charged as low order fee.

Recently we've received quite a lot emails from the customers ordering from newerahatshop.org but we have nothing to do with that.
Our order merchant number should be a 5 digit one and if you don't feel safe about the payment, my advice to you is dispute
the payment and they would surely contact with you.

Newerahatshop.org might visit our website and copy the "About us"section but forget to change the emaill address.
Or you may email me the phone number and I would be glad to talk with you over the phone to make it clear.
