If you believe in your products, let people try then call you for an order BUT DO NOT set up monthly standing orders without customers authority just because they happen to have a bought a sample from you and you now have their bank details. It's moral and feels like you stealing. If you have faith in your products why not wait for customers to come and place an order correctly. As for T&C where are they on your website...??? Very crafty. The way you are doing your business you have a very short life span...
