I ordered and received a free sample. Then out of the blue $74.99 withdrawn from my checking account on 12/23 and 1/13.
I called the number from my bank statement. Spoke to someone who told me money would be refunded within 24 hrs of returned product. The product was sent last monday back first class with a confirmation card of receiving the product. The product was received be company last Friday. I called today. Spoke with someone by name of Alto in the Phillappines. He informed me i was approved for refund but would not receive it until 7-14 days. I told him he had until Friday.
