Called my credit card company, who connected me with eacgsupport.com. Apparently someone had purchased some sort of herbal hair removal ointment with my credit card, which was routed through eacgsupport.com. This "someone" was not me, obviously. The person on the phone from eacgsupport canceled the charge so I will be reimbursed, but apparently the product had already been shipped to an address that started with "49 Penn Valley."
